Q: Where is your location?
A: We are located in Dundas, Ontario.

Q: Do you provide warranties?
A: Our company personally warranties against any manufacturer defects, and we inspect for these upon delivery throughout the installation process. We do not offer extended warranties currently, but any issues that arise after purchase are dealt with on a case by case basis. We ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction by providing after purchase support to all of our customers in need.

Q: Do you offer financing?
A: We do not currently offer in house financing. We do however accept all major credit cards as well as a variety of payment methods

Q: What is the process to book the delivery?
A: When the product is purchased online, one of our team members will reach out to schedule the delivery when all parties are available. If you are ordering from the specials section and would like to participate in our ‘Online Quality Guarantee’ program,

Q: What is the ‘Online Quality Guarantee’ program?
A: What we offer for any item located in the ‘Specials’ section on the website is bringing it to your home prior to payment, moving it in, setting it up, and accepting payment after you have the chance to verify the quality of the item you chose.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: When we deliver our product initially, there is a period of time provided for you to test and inspect the product. During this time, you are able to request a full refund if it is an item in our specials section and we will take the product home free of charge. If it is an item not located in the specials section, a full refund is provided less a 30% restocking fee for the product. We do not accept returns for any items following the initial delivery due to the nature of the service we provide. All items are considered final sale when accepted upon delivery. For any further questions regarding returns after the initial delivery, please call us and we can help alleviate any concerns.

Q: How do I know that I will be satisfied with the quality of your items?
A: For items located in our specials section, we are able to offer bringing it to your home prior to payment, moving it in, setting it up, and accepting payment after you have the chance to verify the quality of the item you chose. If an item in our specials section is purchased in advance off of the website, a full refund can be provided if you are not satisfied with the quality upon delivery. This is our satisfaction guarantee. For items purchased on the website that are not located in the specials section, we provide the satisfaction guarantee as well however these items are subject to a 30% restocking fee based off of the purchase price of the product. These items must also be purchased off the website prior to delivery.
